Project Overview
We collaborated with WeSki to revamp their group booking experience, helping users easily plan and manage ski trips with dynamic pricing, real-time availability, and custom group management tools. We built a custom booking engine and streamlined UI to increase conversion rates and simplify multi-person coordination. The platform now powers hundreds of group ski getaways every season.
The Challenge
Group ski trip planning is notoriously complex, involving multiple travelers with different needs, coordinating accommodations, lift tickets, equipment rentals, and transportation. WeSki needed a solution that would simplify this process while providing competitive pricing and real-time availability.
Our Solution
We developed a comprehensive booking platform with an intuitive group management system. The solution includes dynamic pricing algorithms, real-time inventory management, customizable trip components, and a streamlined checkout process designed specifically for multi-person bookings.
